该岗位需接受出差
岗位职责：
1、完成OT相关课程及服务产品的内容研发和升级迭代，包括但不限于课件、视频、音频等、交付标准的设计；
2、负责OT课程在全国各区域的落地和督导服务流程，为客户提供高质量的专业服务体验；
3、监督、协调确保产品落地过程中的流程标准、服务标准、干预标准达成预期；
4、到全国各中心进行临床跟课指导、带教并反馈，对各中心治疗部的技术运营和质量进行不定期抽查，完善技术支持流程及优化支持方案，协助各中心处理与OT相关的临床问题。
5、对治疗师进行专业知识包括理论、技术和方法的培训，定期发起在职治疗师及新治疗师培训计划，保证培训质量，跟踪培训效果；发起并组织OT治疗师的晋升及考核并提供专业建议；
6、新店开课、老店技术层面紧急情况及各中心的疑难技术问题的到店或者远程支持；
7、结合市场推广计划，讲座、课程宣传等对内对对外的支持，提升公司专业形象；
8、参与区域内OT团队人员的招聘工作，并参与人员调配建议。
任职要求：
1、职能治疗专业毕业，持有国际认证的OT（作业治疗、职能治疗）执业资格证书；
2、相关工作经验8年以上，其中团队管理经验不少于3年；
3、能对特殊儿童常见职能治疗问题提出各类有效解决方案；
4、有较强的培训带教能力；
5、需接受经常出差。

职业发展：
初为助理治疗师，从配课老师到主课老师，逐步完成晋升考核，成长为初级、中级、高级、主管级或部门主管、中心负责人等。

1. 能使用作业治疗评估量表，准确评估孤独症、脑瘫及发育迟缓等特殊儿童群体的精细运动，日常生活活动，感觉统合，视知觉等各方面的能力并撰写评估报告
2.根据实际评估报告的内容和结果，结合客户的要求制定切实有效的训练计划
3.定期进行阶段性评估，根据实际训练效果和家长的目标不断调整与优化，提高特殊儿童的日常生活活动的自主能力
4.与ST、BT等专业的康复师配合，提供专业，优质的服务
5.定期参加所属城市，区域以及总部的专业会议与培训，不断提升自身能力

言语发展方向：运用美国口部肌肉定位训练方法、中国香港启智及语言表达课程等，提供专业评估，制定个性化解决方案。
自闭症康复方向：定期接受美国自闭症权威机构STAR Autism Support专家的亲自培训及指导，有效地为自闭症谱系障碍和其他发育障碍的学生服务。致力于六大模块：认知理解，逻辑表达，社交行为，游戏互动、发音、生活独立性等。
OT(作业训练方向)：感统康复课程包含了感统、大小肌肉、专注力、运动表达四个主要方面，全方面的从儿童运动发展的角度并结合感觉统合理论对儿童进行训练。
经培训后能独立完成以下工作内容：
1、熟练完成儿童及成人的口部肌肉及发音训练、儿童智力及社交能力、专注力等训练操作。2、负责根据教学计划进行课前准备、开展课堂教学和课后整理；
3、完成课程的备课、授课、课后数据记录工作；
4、参与课程设计、教室布置、教材教具准备、维护和管理；
5、参与班级学员案例分析和讨论、记录课堂数据和学员表现
6、根据儿童的评估制定计划，并按严格按计划进行教学授课，准确书写训练教案、及时整理及归档。
大专以上应届毕业生或有相关经验从业者，康复类、教育类、医学类、心理学类、语言类的专业优先考虑

Requirements:
